SUMMARY:FREE Leadership Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Our Youth Leadership Workshop is specifically designed to empower teens and help them develop tools to create an exciting future. Teens will discover the value of working as a team with their peers as they learn to trust others and develop trust-worthiness in themselves. Teens will learn how resistance (to their parents\, teachers\, responsibilities\, etc) affects a cycle of resentment in their lives. They will also have experiences that will allow them to reconcile painful experiences that have been holding them back. Our intent is to give teens tools and techniques that will assist them in clearer communication as well as give them ways to set and accomplish personal goals.  We hope to transform each teens’ experience of themselves so that they feel more personal responsibility and self-esteem in their lives by creating a foundation of principles and values that serve them in being more effective individuals and society members.
